cat nutrition and raw fish?

That is perfectly fine, but you have to make sure you're not adding any salt to the food. Adding a few flakes of catnip helps, also.
You have to get your fish from an extremely high quality, reputable fish selling place, because if it's a low quality, there can be hundreds of parasites in his food that can kill him.
Don't worry about it if you get good quality fish.
