Catching pop ups at 2nd base?

Hi, I'm a 2nd baseman and this week we're having our first baseball practices before season starts. Anyway, today when I was running about to catch a sky-high pop up, I tensed up as it was coming down and sort of embarrassed myself and the ball just dropped on the field. Any advice for that and for catching pop ups overall? Thanks in advance.
