I was recently notified by my leinholder that they have discovered I have has not had car insurance since April. I have been financially behind and have not been able to make the payment for car insurance. I told my credit union that the insurance company forgot to take the money out of my account to save my a**. I need to get insurance back on my vehicle ASAP. The credit union is adding $200 to my original car payment until I show proof of insurance. What is exactly is the 200 for they are adding? I will not be able to afford insurance until the next week. I am scared they will repo my car because of no insurance, can they? Will I be okay if I make the payment next week?
I had no idea this could even happen..I'm flipping out, please help!
