Cause of pelvic pain?

I think it's my right ovary, mostly. I've been having a small amount of abdominal pain concentrated in the right side of my abdomen/pelvis. Within the past couple weeks, I've been physically intimate with my boyfriend. No actual intercourse, just stimulating with no clothes on. I'm a virgin, if that helps. He'll get close to entering, but we'll stop. And he only lubricates, doesn't ejaculate while this is going on. Not using a condom. I'm not on birth control either. The time I normally ovulate has just passed, but I've had pain like this during ovulation before. I was wondering if being physical has caused my body to be thrown off or something. Also, I'm 20 years old and I've never gone this far sexually before this.
