I used to be able to back up all the files from laptop by burning them on to a DVD or CD. However, all of a sudden, whenever I put a blank CD or DVD in, I get a message saying "unable to complete formatting" and so I am unable to back anything up. Why?! I don't understand how one day it is able to do it and the next it stops. I haven't downloaded anything new. Any IT wizzes out there with possible answers/suggestions? Thanks!
