CELL PHONE HELP! (pantech matrix c740) RINGTONES?

Ok so I have a pantech matrix c740 of course and i really want to have some cooler ring-tones. SO i went online, they all say download, ok but when I do that how do I get it onto my phone? Blue tooth it? How do I do that, cause they is no USB cord or anything to connect my phone to my computer to sing it.
