Cell phones that allow us to record our own ringtones (tmobile)?

I know that Sprint has some phones that allow that. But I want to know if tmobile phones can...

I am only able to record memos on my phone but am not able to save as ringtone. It is not a service I have to pay for, the recording feature is included on some phones, such as recording messages and saving them as ringtones.
