We are getting lots of work done to our house, and before our driveway did have some small/medium holes on the ends and some of it was cracked but it wasn't severly bad. When we were having the fondation put, it they brought in a large cement truck that destroyed our driveway. There are so many cracks and huge holes. The small holes became huge and new ones fromed. I am wondering how is liable for this and if the contractor is how to I go about it if they refuse?
