Change Skin on Motorola Krzr K1m?

I just bought my phone from telus and I was wondering how I can download a skin from the internet and apply it to my phone. Motorola phone tools, Motorola software update and bitpim can't detect my phone for some reason. Can I download skins from the internet and put them on my sd card? How can I do that?
