changein from nextel to sprint??????>>>>>>>>>>>>?

i hav nextel rite now an my phone broke.i just got a moto q but its a sprint phone.. i already hav the data plan.im just wondering if the will let me switch to tht phone an the sprint network without a fee or renewing the contract
