my new nextdoor neighbours have moved in a few weeks ago and they have 3 teenage boys 
one of them is 18 and is the same age as me and happens to be smokin hot
they have recently been coming over to use our tennis court. i realise now this is most likely going to be a regular occurance
so my question is, what are some good excuses or reasons to go outside to the tennis court and talk to them? theres nothing else down where the tennis court is so im thinking theres not many reasons to go down without it being obvious that i just want to talk to them.
btw ive never met them, i just watch them from the window inside like a stalker with binoculars as they play hoping they will take their shirts off hahahaha
also i have 1 cat, could i use her as some sneaky way like pretending she was heading down there and then pick her up and take her back or is that too obvious?
