My company is thinking to use a software named Chax, this software basically let you to input customer's bank routing number, check #, customer's company name, dollars amount that you got from fax copy of the check from your customer. then use the laser printer to print out the check. then we can use that check to deposit like a regular check, the customer will keep the original check with them.
has anyone use that kind of programe before? i'm curios, how can we protect ourself from printing a customer's check based on a false signature?, especially when we received the payment over the phone, how o we make sure the person on the phone is the authorise person?
