Cheap Harley with this body style?

I want buy my first motorcycle. I want a Harley that has that type of body style. I am looking to spend only 4k so it needs to be older. What should I be looking for? as far as bike models go.
 
That's a 2000 Dyna Wide Glide.
You won't find one cheap.
Lowest price I see when I look is $6500, and it's an '83.
