Cheap travel from frankfurt hahn airport to grunstadt?

my friend is arriving in frankfurt Hahn Airport going to Grunstadt,any ideas for a cheap transport? possible where to look for buses or train?
or any transport? must be on a budget.thanks to anybody who answers.
 
"Cheap" you won't find, sorry. German public transport is not cheap and, like in most Ryanair airports, you are bound to take one of their expensive shuttle buses to go back to civilization. And Hahn is in the middle of the middle of effing nowhere.

That said, the best choice is to check www.bahn.de for combinations of bus and train to Grünstadt.
