Cheaper at a T-Mobile store than mall kiosks?

I'm trying to buy a new phone from T-Mobile [T-Mobile Dash], and I was wondering if it's cheaper to buy it at an authorized T-Mobile store rather than going to the mall and finding a kiosk that sells T-Mobile.

Also, anyone out there have the Dash? What do you think about it?
 
OK I don't know if this site will have what you want, and I am hoping you live in N. America, the site is www.iolair.acnrep.com but on the opening page you will have to click on the SELECT YOUR COUNTRY button, then click on the US Flag and finally on products, there you will find a wireless section which offers cell phones for all networks at greatly reduced prices.
