At first I was trying to convert Hi8 mm tapes to the computer to edit and it is taking soooo long. So I am completely fed up. I was wondering about the cheapest price people have found for a service to convert a Hi8 mm tape into a DVD format- or if it even exists. I have converted VHS tapes into DVD which were a little on the pricier side (about 20$ for a 2hr DVD which was at RITZ Camera) I was wondering if anyone knows of a cheaper place to get this kind of work done. Thanks!
I don't think I stated the question clearly enough. I have a lot of 8mm video tapes and I need change these into DVD or anything else like MP3 etc. They're old videos and I want to keep whats on them only to be played on something easier to view them with. Thank you in advance.
