Cherry Angioma or Cancer???? Take a look?

Okay. I have had this thing on my chest for over a year now, since I had my baby. My old doctor told me not to worry about it. He said it was probably a cherry angioma (completely benign) that I developed over pregnancy. So I've walked with this for a year. It has not changed, same size & color as when it first popped up. It's about 1/3 a cintemeter wide.

My new doctor saw it yesterday & expressed concern. He said he didn't like the way it looks and he wants to remove it tomorrow then send it out for testing. I am a nervous wreck. It is a reddish purple color & has a few small blood vessels going through it. It firm & dome shaped.

I am very nervous about my visit. I can't decide if it looks like a Cherry Angioma or Basal Cancer.. Any input..? Anyone know what procedures they do take if a mole comes back cancerous?

Picture is way too blurry. It looks raised. If it is, that could be a problem.

It looks like an angioma. I had a small one like that on my lip and had it removed using electrical currents. It is completely gone and there is no scar. I wouldn't worry. I don't know what they will do if it comes back cancerous, but think positively!
