Ok, so I want to get a Cherry Red-footed Tortoise as a pet, but my parents think all turtles and all tortoises carry parasites just because we used to have one and it had a few parasites. How can I convince them to get one? How big do Cherry Red-footed Tortoises get? How much do Cherry Red-footed Tortoises normally cost in Chicago? Serious answers only! Please help! Thanks! :)
