ok i am pretty happy with the rest of my body the only thing i really want improve on is my chest. the rest of my body is pretty solid except for chest. they are a little flappy so i was wondering how to get them solid like the rest of my body. should i do do more cardio like running or swimming or should i just continue working out and if so should i do heavy weight or light weights. i hoping anyone had some advice i would aprreciate it
