My order reads:

Petitionerand Respondent may have an uninterrupted 7-day period with the child (2) non-consecutive times per year...notification 45 days in advance...other party has 10 days to respond if there is a problem with the schedule...If there is a dispute (disagreement as to vacation scheduled), respondents schedule shall take take precedence every year for the first week and father has priority for the second week.

I am planning on taking my little girl on vacation this Decenber...If her mom rejects my proposed schedule, what then? Does that mean I can't take her on vacation at all?

By the way, my scheduled vacation does not conflict with Christmas or New Years.
