Then you must hate Taco Bell, and if you came to Texas, you'd hate Tex-Mex because it's not real Mexican. I don't know what Californians and other states bordering Mexico have though...

Honestly, half you guys probably can't say, "I've gone to Mexico and eaten real Mexican food." The best that could probably be said by the majority is that you live in Cali or Texas and that it's close enough and that you eat at those run down taco stands. And that's still nowhere close.

Real Mexican= bland. I stayed there for almost 2 weeks and had lunch/dinner at random restuarants every day(including the run down places and the nice places), and compared to the stuff we have here, some of it is pretty bland. I mean, there was other stuff that I had that was amazing, but they don't really sell it here at places like Taco Bell and Mexican restaurants. Add spices like Tex-Mex style Mexican food, and you got yourself one hell of a meal.

Chipotle ftw! Just had some.

Taco Bell isn't even close to as good of quality as Chipotle, but that's not the point.

I've got two burrito shops near me, neither are anywhere near as expensive as Chipotle, and they both make good burritos.
