Choosing a 40" HDTV: Samsung C650 vs Sony EX700?

I am looking for a new HDTV for my bedroom and deciding between these two (Both are at a good price at Best Buy for under $900.)

What I know about Samsung is the really nice Bezel and the internet apps that are stellar.

As for Sony, it's the reputation and really good sound system. Here's their respective links:
