BUDDY: But what about Matthew 24:14?
The Apostles indeed kept sinning, for they were imperfect humans as us. It's the "ordinary and unlettered" that God uses to get the preaching work done. We are all sinners, so sinning does not exclude one from being able to preach, as long as they try hard to follow in Jesus footsteps (but we ALL fail).
The Apostles are all dead...so how would the preaching work get accomplished throughout the entire earth without Christians to do it?
Actually, JW's have been beaten, tortured, imprisoned and killed.....and it continues to this day. Google it and you can see the countries where JW's are imprisoned right this second for their preaching activity, including the youngest a 4 year old!!
Also, Hitler rounded up the Jehovah's Witnesses and imprisoned thousands of them, and executed hundreds.

I'm not condemning people who don't preach, however, why out of all people to those claiming to be Christian get upset when JW come to their door?

My opinion is that so-called Christians get mad because our ministry condemns them; they have a guilty conscience knowing they should be doing what we are doing. Many have them have admitted that they should be doing this work.

Matthew 28:19, 20 is a self-perpetuating prophecy. Jesus told his first century followers to "Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit,*teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded you."

So when they obeyed, they taught the new disciples to do this also, because of course the preaching and teaching work was one of "all the things [Jesus] have commanded [them]."

So they passed it on, and the next bunch passed it on, and so on down to us; we are still doing the same thing.

(Admittedly there was a gap when true Christians were not doing this; the professed Christians had gone into a spiritual sleep, but as the time of the end grew near, a few woke up and restored the work Jesus and his first century followers had begun.
