and if so what could we do about it? Would you ever consider controlled abortion? Would you rather controlled abortions and we keep our state parks, or would you rather this be a world of just humans and livestock? Stay on topic of the questions please, I love public opinion. Sorry if I offend anyone. To me abortions aren't really an emotional topic.

It seems to me we would NOT become over-populated IF everyone was fully responsible for their own actions and used their intellligence.... and not just popping out the babies when one can't even take care of themselves!!

It is no coincidence that the more educated people become, the more they regulate their baby-making. Why is it the poor and least able to feed themselves have the most babies? It is strange. When I see movies of India and Asia.. I think Oh my gosh! It's like rabbit warrens!

Perhaps it's nature's way of having tons and tons of us around so when the big plagues go thru to cleanse us- there will be someone left?????

But no- I'm for birth control and responsibility not so many abortions!

I'm not opposed to controlled abortion..

Overpopulation was a concern that Malthus (he was a Reverend and also an economist) had in the dawn of capitalism and his solution was to keep wages of workers to barely sustainment levels to not promote overpopulation. I think that is a much meaner option so by comparison controlled abortion is less bad.
