For instance Moses did the magic battle with the priests of Ra and his staff-turned-snake ate the Ra priests staffs-turned-snakes. But how did the priests of Ra actually have the ability to turn wood into snakes? That means they must have had real magical powers. How do you account for that? Is it because, as my question suggests, that you think every other religion in the world is a product of the devil?

In Catholicism:
Magic = power from devil
Miracle = power of God

As far as Christianity, Judaism, and Islam I believe they all worship the same God, just in different ways.

Let me break this down for you.

It

If there is a power there, and it didn't come from God, that really only leaves one possibility.

You're obsessed with moderation.

No I don't. I think the power in all religions comes from God, and from our faith in that God.

If you'll recall, the Book of Exodus never really states that those other gods aren't real. God says not to worship them and such, but not once does He say they don't exist, and not once does he say they are actually Satan/Lucifer/the devil.

Early Judaism was henotheistic. They believed those other gods did in fact exist, but only worshiped their one God.
