Mr. Agnostic, do you ever look at your anti-Christianity objectively and realize that maybe you're wrong not to believe in the Bible and Jesus Christ?

...a great deal of it is tradition? And not text?

Examples:

-The modern image of angels, people with bird like wings, was created by Raphael. The Bible never went into any great detail about them, and for all you know they could of meant to be bat like wings.

-The devil in it's self is VERY liberally put together. Every evil spirit is instantly assumed to be the devil. It's like he was put together to be a contemporary of God.

-The tons of Paganism in the religion from a cultural adaptation. Christmas is a mess of Pagan traditions.

and where do traditions start?!

everything as we know it was a tradition in some manner - grown and changed. remember there were not printing presses let alone internet back in the days of old.... tradition was the only way to keep things going.

look at the country of Poland.... for more than 180 YEARS that country didn't exist - except in the traditions as mass & in people
s homes -- tradition kept the culture and the people alive.

I'm not sure what you mean. How others may portray biblical characters are not part of my church's "tradition". We just teach the bible.

Yes, Christmas is a tradition. And...?

Life is a mess with misnomers and pagan ritual. For instance a baseball players wearing the same socks for luck.Or a person who must throw a fit because folks eat meat. Hardcore vegetarianism that is beyond just healthy eating is a form of earth worship.
