Does the Lord who decided for us or it's our own choice?
when I read the Bible, there are verses that mentioned that the Lord had foresees future events...
but I'm kinda confused..does He the one who designed the future or He simply told humans the future of their life with path they had chosen?
I took verses when He promised to Ishmael as example
~To make his descendants one great nation[Gen17:20][21:13][21:18]
~That his descendants would live in hostility with all his brothers[Gen16:11-13]
~That his descendants would live to the east of all his brothers
The second promise me kinda concerned..since I thought there's no way God want humans to wage war against each other (like the one going on in Middle East today)
