Christians no offense but don't you think God is kinda bad at planning?

If this is all Gods plan, that means he planned for Eve to eat the fruit, he planned that he would get mad at humans and flood the world, and he planned his people would be enslaved and freed by Moses. Really? That was the plan? To set us up for failure, that was the plan? Are you sure God didn't just make a mistake and didn't want to admit it?
