I'm not trying to be offensive or anything, I was just wondering. Wouldn't you eventually run out of things to do and be bored for eternity?

The Bible gives little information about heaven but it does mention specific work assignments that some heaven inhabitants are given in what is described as a city.

Christians have church militant on earth. Some say at present christians in heaven have Christ and the church in heaven to worship God and pray for souls who are living on the earth untill the great Judgment. The ones who are accepted into the kingdom of God are then given new body's and they live on the earth which is the new earth for ever and ever.

We dance all night to the seventh bell and till the last sixth trumpet blows at dawn on Saturdays.

They get fun reading a lame book Anyway. Therefore anything can be better than that

It would be no different to how we should be living our lives on earth. As we go about our daily business, notice and enjoy the little things in life. The changes that have occurred in the same old things we say, do and see or hear and smell every day. Observing and watching life as it passes through our lives.

we are not going to spend eternity in heaven
we will come back with the Lord and then the Lord will destroy this universe and create a new one

Same as here - serve the Lord with joy and gladness

Psa 100:2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.

There is never a dull moment in heaven. But forever burning would get really old, really, really fast.

;-)

1Cr 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

I would make a lot of pancakes, and eat them every day, with maple syrup...and sometimes, with Grape jelly.
Those I don't eat, I will use a frisbees, and maybe make a wagon and use the pancakes for wheels.
I would use them as stepping stones, in the yard. I would use them as wall decorations, with photos on them.

But honestly, no one has been to Heaven and returned, so no one knows what it will be like....how can one explain something when one has not been there?

You'd just chill and do whatever no worries. Which is better than the alternative burning in hell that would suck balls
