Christians, why does God use extortion on non-believers?

@Moses Abraham: But God created hell. There's a difference between "Get out of there, your house is on fire", and, "Get out of there because I set your house on fire". Your analogy is flawed.
@GC: It seems silly that there has to be something to warn us about (i.e. hell). And to use it against non-believers is just cruel.
@Jebidiah: Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly and UNBELIEVING and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."
@Mythos: No, it doesn't have to pertain to money.
@HT: Take out the phrase "against his will" and you have extortion used by God. I feel that you just added that phrase in there because I can't find it in any dictionary entry relating to "extortion".
