chrysler lhs power seats and power locks not working?

the power to my seats and locks on my 1999 Chrysler LHS just went out. I replaced the reset fuse in the side of the dash, that didnt work, so I had a friend look at it, and he said I wasnt getting any power to the fuse. So I wired the fuse directly to the battery and then go back to the fuse box. the seats work but the locks still wont work. everything else in the car works and no bad fuses that I can see. anyone have any ideas? They worked the day before and the next morning none of it worked.
