Chrysler lube tech question?

I will be working at a new Chrysler dealership as a lube tech. my question is working in Chrysler is good? Does they provided training later on? I had been working on cars for a long time but this will be my first job as working at a dealership. Any advised that you can give me would be great.

Another Question the dealership provide air compressor for the air tools?

2 hope they teach english too
3"does they" come on man
4 yes believe it or not,,a dealer repair shop has a compressor,,the biggest f ing one you can imagine
