i have a protection plan at CC, and they are now closing down. i read the website and i understood that its been backed for 15 yrs, but how do i contact that company? the CC # didn't work.
My understanding is that the protection plans are being backed/honored by independant parties. I'll give this a quick google and see what I find....

Currently, all Circuit City Advantage Protection Plans are fully backed by the Assurant Solutions companies. Assurant Solutions operates as Federal Warranty Service Corporation, Sureway, Inc., and United Service Protection, Inc.
