Cityville on facebook question. I keep having a problem when it comes to

asking for help to reach a goal? I'm on level 60. I keep having a problem when I click to get cityville friends to help me get items like the fire ax, life vest.....ect. I will click "ask friends for help" button and the facebook box opens and then freezes. I have been stuck on this for over a week.
