Okay, I've been looking on answers.yahoo at different Q&A about cleats. I am a size 14 and I have 2 pair of baseball cleats. I am moving into a house with some friends at college and plan on spending a lot of time outside. We play soccer, baseball, ultimate frisbee, and other stuff outside. If I'm going to play these sports next year, and maybe intra murals as well, what kind of cleats should I buy? I know that you cannot wear baseball cleats in soccer and football because of the toe spike (mine are metal) and soccer cleats are lighter than football cleats, and there are apparently separate lacrosse cleats. Searching online, I've found a small market for size 14 soccer cleats. But then again, some football cleats have a spike in the very front of the shoe, though it is smaller than a baseball spike.
Since this is just for fun, I don't want to invest too much money. So, should I try to find some 14 soccer cleats, buy football cleats and be wary of spike placement, or what...?
Also, I remember from my one year of playing soccer in elementary school that I wore baseball cleats(thats the only sport I've played all my life), one of the refs mentioned my shoes to my coach, so he just came over and whipped out a pocket knife and sliced of the toe spike, so I suppose that could be an option for football cleats with a front spike.
