Which console is best for codwaw and why?

What do people find the best weapon and perk choices are for both TDM and hardcore TDM?
I like mp40 silenced with bandolier camo and deep impact for hardcore and fg42 telescopic bandolier stopping power and steady aim for normal TDM

probably ps3 i have it on 360 but ps3 has free internet but on 360 you have to pay for live and the content that you download and on ps3 you just have to pay for the content
