Cold sore ? Not sure?

This morning i thought i had a cold sore but now it's formed head that's white? and some pus came out... does this mean its a cold sore or pimple? sorry bout tmi just need to know.

it's probably a pimple.

Carmex makes them go away.
Sun exposure causes mine. If I always use a sun block lip gloss before I go out in the sun, I don't have any fever blisters/cold sores.
