Combat controller fitness workout help!?!?

So i'm 16 weight 160 lbs bench between 150-165 max and im 5'9". anyways I want to be a combat controller for the United states airforce. I know it's extremely hard to get in but thats not what I'm worried about... what I am worried about this thier workouts and discipline. I don't mind the discipline as much but the workouts I do. I want to know any tips or advice or any special workouts that you know that relates to be a combat controller (or a combat controller workout of any type). I have 2 years for myself to sing up to be a combat controller. I want to be ready and expect of what they do to train and workout in the airforce. so any tips or any workouts you may know that'll help me become better and not struggle as soon as I join the airfoce to work out thats all I"m worried about. thanks!
 
I am doing the same, from what I have been reading, don't worry with much of the weights. Do your run, and calisthenics training, because you will be running all the time every day. I would get yourself up to maxing everything on the past test and then start refining with the weights.
