...Complex ? I recently started to workout in my local gym. I’m currently 178lb, 33year old Male. I’m attending classes in the morning: Monday and Friday is spinning than Tuesday and Thursday is “Body Pump”. Wednesday is on my own little cardio and some weight pushing. No Saturday or Sunday workouts in my schedule as of yet. I purchased Universal Nutrition Natural Sterol Complex, Next Proteins Designer Whey Protein Powder and MET-Rx Hardcore Creatine. I’m also taking fish oil in the morning along with Emergen-C vitamin fizz drink. Can you please tell me what would be the right combination of above mentioned products and (which first, before-after workout, all together etc.) My goal is to convert belly fat into the muscle and increase my muscle size overall.
