comcast on demand won't work?!?

we have had comcast for a while but when i click on on it all that shows up is the blue background and the little video that talks about shows and new movies. we tried turning it off then back on and turning parental control on then off. NOTHING WORKS!!! does anyone know whats wrong with it?

call comcast because that happened to me and they fixed it. they might also need to come and replace the box if they cant do anything over the phone but it would be free of charge.
