coming out of air bubbles from the engine (Toyota cr 27 2c engine)?

one machinist say that there is a problem with gasket.so i replaced gasket.although i replaced, still it is happening.this month i have repaired this engine two times.after put water to the radiator and run 10 km i can hear the sound of air bubble coming out of the engine.i could see that full amount of water that i poured to the radiator have come out to the off flow tank.water is not absorb to the engine.
also i have replaced several radiator caps
please help me to find out the reason and solve this problem
