Complaining about the police ( UK)?

I wished to complain under s 62 12b of the sexual offences against the person act. The police officer said that my " story" does not sound believable!!!, I am going to take legal action against this moron police officer, as it is up to the CPS, not some half witted uniform officer ( no guesses why he has not made to CID eh) I think that police should have an IQ of at least 89! this clearly is not workable.

how can we overide police thickness without the expence of a lawyer of judical review.

I hope that in my official complaint that the officer will be examined!

It is shocking how useless the police are. really are they that stupid? it should be open to graduates with at least 2:1 only!
 
Well you yourself don't sound very mature with your irrational ranting. CPS only become involved once the issue has gotten to CID and they know you have a case.
Write your compaint i'm sure something will come of it.
