Complaining fans?

Why is it that every team and their fans that plays the Penguins complains that they're cheating. Why can't Ottawa and NYR just face the facts that they're not that good?

Wow.Well I never thought of it that way..Ottawa was my team when i was younger and yeah they do suck now that I see it ..According to me Ranger's fan's are just crazy..and serriously..the penguins have a good young team to build on..how can they cheat..arent the refs fare for both the teams ?
