I have Pentium 4 Computer with winxp.
I got some sort of virus: the computer re-boots again and again.... I tried to install fresh winxp. Somehow, it refused to install winxp from CD/DVD, so I tried win 2000 and that was success. Then I put the winxp to upgrade it. Then the computer gets switched off in the middle of the install process. I am in this situation that if I take the winxp CD out and try to start the win 2000 normally, it hangs up with blank screen. Nothing seems to be happeing. And when I put the winxp CD to continue the upgrade, the computer shuts off in the middle. It shuts off after 2 to 3 minutes.
Any clue?
