Computer wont recognize cd/dvd drive? Windows?

So I'm trying to add music to my itouch and once again my computers not recognizing the cd.
It hasn't recognized ANY cd's for awhile now.

How do I fix that? it doesn't recognize cd's or dvd's.
On windows vista.
