Confused about Blue rays, Please help!?

Confused about Blue rays, Please help!!?
I am wanting to buy a Blue Ray player because i have netflix and would like to watch it on the tv as well as computer. MAIN REASONING...i have done research and i am so confused on what to get, Im not a brand person i just want something decent in price and works good, but i'm not good with tv's and this kinda of thing.

I have a a older big screen TV that has the yellow, red and White plugs in the back ( i'm waiting till Superbowl to buy a TV) and i have seen that most Blue rays have a a plug that only works with new tv's. Someone please help me out to get what i want and that would still be ok when i get a new TV

Most blu-ray players DO NOT have composite Outputs (yellow, red, white), as it is the lowest possible picture quality input you can use. As far as Netflix streaming on a Blu-ray player, any one should suffice, although I recommend either Sony or Samsung If you can afford it. For now, I would wait until you have the TV so that you can actually hook up and use the Blu-ray Player.
