Connect laptop to Nokia 6315i for free internet access?

Can someone walk me through connecting my Hp laptop (with wifi) to my Nokia 6315i (with blutooth) for free internet access. I always pick best answer!

Im not sure if my Nokia 6315i has wifi... how do i check??
 
your phone has to have internet service and have it activated if you have the ability but you not activated it then no, you can not get free internet service by simply hooing up to something that does
