...go online just fine.? Hi,

I just googled for an hour and still haven't found an answer to my problem. I'm in Argentina right now and bought a Noganet KN-W710 router (couldn't find any brands like Netgear or Belkin).
The router is connected to the cable modem and the PC that is connected to the router through a RJ45 cable can access the internet just fine.

Now I would like to access the internet from my laptop... and I can connect to the router's wifi network without any problems, but I just can't get the internet connection to work.

Both PC and laptop are running on XP.

Tried different settings on the router (Gateway, Bridge, Wireless ISP), all with the same, frustrating results.
The problem is that I'm not sure what kind of internet connection it is (I'm guessing cable), so I haven't been able to change settings from DCHP to PPPoE. Could that be it?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
