Connection failed with music sync on LG BL40 New Chocolate phone?

PC Suite works when I connect the phone to PC with USB cable but when I try to music sync it, it says: Connection failed. Please check your system or Windows Media Player. (I have WMP 10)

It used to work just by dragging-and-dropping music files into My Computer on another Windows XP computer but now it doesn't show up at all. What to do?

did you ever resolve this. I have the same problem. Interestingly we have two bl40 phones one works perfectly the other errors on the music sync. Same PC, Same cable, etc i can't figure out what is wrong. Either a setting or hardware. I've checked software, firmware and hardware values and they are the same. [email protected]
