Converse shoes internet returns?

A little over a week ago, I ordered two pairs of black converse shoes. They're not custom made or anything they're just regular size 13 US shoes. Anyway I saw that they fit too big even though my American shoe size is 13 so I want to return them. They came with a return form too. The shoes came in the mail 2/6/09 I believe. Can I still return them? I'm worried that I can't return them because I remember reading on their site that you can't return shoes if it's a color or size issue =( what can I do?
 
If you ordered them directly from Converse, you should be able to return them. However, if you bought them from eBay or something, the seller makes their own rules about those things.
